Hinkle Attorneys Achieve Defense Victory in Medical Malpractice Case

Hinkle Law Firm LLC attorneys Greg Young and Jesse Gutierrez secured a defense verdict in a case involving allegations of medical malpractice against our client. After 5 days of trial and almost 2 hours of deliberation, the jury of 12 returned with an 11-1 defense verdict, rejecting the plaintiff’s request for $2 million. 

In addition to their trial victory, Young was recently named to The Best Lawyers in America® 2025 Publication in the area of Medical Malpractice – Defendants.
