The founders of Hinkle Law Firm LLC knew just what they wanted: to serve businesses and help them grow. And that mission hasn’t changed a bit since the start.
Founded on January 1, 1987, Hinkle Law Firm LLC set out to change the legal landscape of Wichita. Our founders wanted a business law practice instead of a wide-ranging general one, concentrating on taxes, municipal finance, and corporate law. As client’s needs grew, so did the firm. Over time, practice areas were added to support all areas of our client’s business and personal lives.
Our attorneys were, and still are, accessible and serve as business advisers as well as business lawyers. The focus on serving clients is a core element of Hinkle Law Firm’s culture, which promotes and rewards entrepreneurship as well as excellence in the law. Since its founding, the firm’s practice areas have grown to include employee benefits; employment law; aviation and aerospace; estate planning and probate; product liability; oil and gas; energy law; medical malpractice; creditor’s rights, insolvency and bankruptcy; healthcare business transactions; and construction, transportation, and other forms of litigation. The firm’s intent has always been to do work on the level of big-city firms, and training and resources are essential to that. By cultivating relationships and building loyalty with clients, the founders brought the firm business from outside their own practice areas. They built a culture of sharing while also coaching younger attorneys to find and develop their own clients. The firm expanded as its practice areas did while maintaining its focus – business – and its culture.
