Hinkle Law Firm LLC Announces Managing Members for 2023

Hinkle Law Firm LLC is pleased to announce its new Managing Members for 2023. Effective January 1, Mark Maloney joined Eric Namee and Scott Schillings as Managing Members to manage the Firm’s day-to-day operations and strategic planning. The Firm’s membership elects three member attorneys to fill the management positions each year.

Maloney has been practicing law in the Wichita area for over 30 years. He joined the Firm’s litigation department in 2016, representing hospitals, assisted living/long-term care facilities, physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and nurses in litigation, licensing, and credentialing matters.

Maloney follows Mike Herd, who has been with the Firm since 1999 and has actively been involved in its management. He will remain at the Firm as a member, representing clients with their business and transactional needs, mainly focusing on aviation.
