Mr. Maloney represents hospitals, assisted living/long term care facilities, physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and nurses. His emphasis is on litigation involving allegations of medical malpractice. As a result, Mark’s practice focuses on preparing his clients to defend their care at trial, in depositions and before the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts. Additionally, he represents these same healthcare providers in licensing and credentialing matters.

A Wichita native, Mark received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas in 1986. He graduated from Washburn University School of Law with Honors in 1989. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Kansas, the United States District Court for Kansas, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
