Medical Malpractice Defense Team Gets Another Win

On September 7, thanks to the work of our Medical Malpractice Defense team, a jury found No Fault by a Sedgwick County community health mental agency and one of its psychiatrists in the death of a patient. Members Gregory S. Young and Brian L. White represented the doctor, who was faced with a lawsuit for wrongful death and malpractice. Greg and Brian were able to show that the psychiatrist met or exceeded the standard of care and therefore the patient’s death did not result from malpractice. 

Congratulations to Greg, Brian and their team for the great work they did for their client.
