Hinkle Attorneys Secure Unanimous Defense Verdict in Medical Malpractice Trial

Hinkle Law Firm LLC attorneys Greg Young and Brian White secured a unanimous defense verdict in a case involving allegations of medical malpractice against our client. After 8 days of trial, the jury of 12 unanimously returned the defense verdict, rejecting the plaintiff’s request for $1.1 million.
