Trinidad P. Galdean has been appointed as the Secretary-Treasurer of the Immigration Section of the Kansas Bar Association. Trinidad’s practice at the firm focuses on immigration and employment law issues. His immigration practice includes advising employers on I-9 audits, immigration compliance, and employer-based visas such as H-1B, TN, L, B, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5 and PERM Labor Certification and advising individuals on family-based visas.  Trinidad is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and frequently presents on immigration and other employment law issues.
