Save the Date – Seminar on New Overtime Exemption Regulations

As I reported in May, December 1 is the effective date for the Department of Labor’s new overtime exemption regulations. To help employers figure out how to deal with these regulations, our experienced wage/hour attorneys will be hosting two seminars in October.  Each seminar will consist of a presentation followed by an open panel discussion where attendees can ask questions.

• Dates:        October 3 and October 11, 2016
• Time:         11:30 AM to 1:00 PM (with check-in/lunch 11:00 to 11:30 AM)
• Location:  22nd floor of the Epic Center, 301 N. Main Street, Wichita, KS

Registration fee will be $50.00.  Lunch will be provided.  We are applying for continuing education credit from HRCI and SHRM.
