Megan S. Monsour Joins Hinkle Law Firm LLC

Megan S. Monsour, a family building attorney with over a decade of experience in adoption, collaborative reproduction, and child permanency litigation, has joined Hinkle Law Firm LLC. Megan’s practice includes representing hopeful adoptive families, as well as biological parents, from start to finish in the adoption process. She has years of experience navigating the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children, the Indian Child Welfare Act, and contested adoption and child permanency matters. She also represents both intended parents and gestational carriers in contract negotiation and in actions to obtain legal parentage. Her addition brings the number of Hinkle attorneys to 47.

Megan is a fellow in the American Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys, a designation that is by invitation only and based on criteria for excellence in the practice of adoption and collaborative reproduction law. She is a member of the Wichita Bar Association, Wichita Women Attorneys Association, and serves on the Kansas Bar Association Board of Governors.
  
Megan graduated from Pittsburg State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2008. She resides in Wichita with her husband and three sons.
