| J. Philip Davidson and Paul J. Skolaut have co-authored an article in the Fall 2009 Issue of ALFA International’s Transportation Update. They focus on the roots and potential effects of a report presented to the United State Congress called “Global Climate Change Impacts in the United States.”
A week after the report was issued, the U.S. House of Representatives passed HR 2454, a bill which, in part, charges the EPA with creating new emissions standards for heavy-duty vehicles and equipment.
