Hinkle Law Firm LLC Announces New Members for 2026

Hinkle Law Firm LLC is proud to announce the election of two accomplished attorneys, Brian White and Rebecca Berkamp, as the newest members of the firm’s partnership. This achievement highlights the firm’s ongoing commitment to recognizing outstanding legal talent.

Rebecca Bergkamp joined Hinkle Law Firm LLC in August 2019 and supports the firm as an associate attorney in Commercial & Complex Litigation, Transportation & Motor Carrier Litigation, Medical Malpractice, and Construction Litigation. Prior to joining Hinkle, she gained valuable experience as an intern with the United States Attorney’s Office, where she worked on both civil and criminal matters, and she also clerked at Hinkle during the summer of 2018. A native of Andale, Kansas, Rebecca earned her law degree from Washburn University School of Law, where she was a Moot Court member and received the Goodell Scholarship for the top brief.

Brian White represents Hinkle Law Firm LLC clients in a wide range of litigation matters, with a practice focused on civil litigation and a primary emphasis on professional liability, including medical malpractice claims, construction litigation, and personal injury disputes. He has extensive experience representing hospitals, medical practice groups, individual healthcare providers, nursing and assisted living facilities, pharmacies, and other professional and business entities, and has also appeared before government regulatory agencies in the healthcare field and beyond. Brian brings significant experience in complex, multi-party construction defect litigation and insurance coverage disputes, and he works with clients on pre-construction and construction-related issues, including contract drafting and lien preparation.
