Hinkle Law Firm Announces New Co-Managing Members.

Hinkle Law Firm is pleased to announce today that David Rapp and Dale Ward will be joining Mitch Herren as co-managing members of the firm.

Dale joined the firm in 1990 and has focused his practice primarily on business, financing and real estate transactions.  He was previously the firm’s managing member from 2001 to 2007. Dale has been head of the firm’s corporate group for a number of years.

David is a leader in the firm’s business litigation group, where he has practiced for more than two decades. He has experience handling criminal and civil cases before federal and state trial and appellate courts. With his strategic background and knowledge of the legal business inside and out, David brings extensive experience that will assist him in being managing member.
