Hinkle Law Firm Announces Changes for 2018

Hinkle Law Firm LLC is pleased to announce its Managing Members for 2018. Effective January 1, L. Dale Ward and Scott Schillings joined Eric Namee as Managing Members to lead the Firm in its strategic vision for continued growth. Ward and Schillings replace Mike Herd and Ed Nazar who, under their watch, helped bring the Firm under one roof in Wichita and increase the number of attorneys to 44.

“I’m pleased with the growth we’ve experienced at Hinkle over these past few years. You can really feel the momentum we’ve developed and I know this next group will continue to build on this solid foundation,” says Herd. “The Firm is in extremely good hands,” adds Nazar.

Ward, who has been with Hinkle since 1990 and previously served as a Managing Member from 2001-2007 and again in 2014 says, “I am looking forward to assisting our younger attorneys grow and develop their careers. I’m eager to help continue to drive the Firm forward.” Schillings has been with the Hinkle since 2006. “The success of the Firm has been due to strong leadership and direction. I’m excited about the opportunity to continue developing the foundation that has been laid,” he says.

In addition to selecting new Managing Members, Hinkle also promoted two associates to Member status. Casey Jones and Sean Walsh became members effective January 1. Jones, whose practice is focused on litigation and oil & gas, has been with the Firm since 2011. Walsh, who has also been with the Firm since 2011, focuses on litigation particularly in the areas of construction, medical malpractice, and transportation. “Both Casey and Sean have been tremendous assets to the Firm. We’re pleased to add them to the Hinkle membership,” says Namee.
