Overland Park, KS – Hinkle Law Firm LLC has added Peter G. Collins, of Counsel, to its Overland Park team of attorneys. Collins has extensive litigation experience in the areas of professional negligence, construction litigation and other complex civil litigation. He has taken a leadership role in all phases of litigation from discovery through trial and appellate practice, representing numerous clients in jury trials in both Kansas and Missouri. He has served as appellate counsel before the Kansas Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. Collins enjoys a reputation as a savvy negotiator and has negotiated well over 100 favorable settlements for his clients in the past 17 years.
