Hinkle Elkouri Adds Fent to Staff

Fent’s legal areas of focus include entity formation, health care, securities/private mergers and acquisitions, franchising, real estate, placements financing and technology.
Before joining Hinkle Elkouri, Fent was a member at Klenda, Mitchell, Austerman & Zuercher, LLC

Fent graduated from the University of Kansas with her juris doctorate and master’s degree in business administration. Prior to graduate school, she received her bachelor’s degree in history and Spanish.

Fent, a Kansas native, is affiliated with the Kansas Bar Association, Wichita Bar Association, American Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association. She will serve on the board of the Wichita Women’s Attorneys Association.
