Hinkle Continues to Grow with the Addition of New Attorney

Hinkle Law Firm LLC is proud to announce attorney Mark Maloney has joined the firm as a Member. Mark has 25 years of experience representing hospitals, assisted living/long term care facilities, physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses and other health care providers before the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts, in malpractice actions, and in other legal matters. “Mark is one of the sharp minds defending health care professionals from allegations of malpractice in the State of Kansas,” said Philip Davidson, the leader of Hinkle Law Firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
Mark joins Hinkle Law Firm from Gilliland & Hayes LLC. He is a member of the Kansas Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, and a member of the Civil Practice committee for the Wichita Bar Association. “Mark’s experience will only strengthen an already impressive team of high quality attorneys serving our clients in the health care industry and all other walks of life” said Mr. Davidson.
A Wichita native, Mark graduated from Northwest High School High School, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas in 1986, and graduated from Washburn University School of Law with Honors in 1989. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Kansas, the United States District Court for Kansas, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
