Attorney Scheduled to Speak at the American Truck Associations General Forum for Motor Carrier’s General Counsel.

Attorney Philip Davidson will speak Monday, June 15  to the ATAs litigation centers forum for motor carrier general counsel on the subject of minimum driver physical qualifications and the EEOC. The event will take place in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

The Forum is designed for General Counsel; Outside Attorneys; Chief Executive Officers; Chief Financial Officers; Risk Managers; Safety Directors; Insurance Professionals; and other interested motor carrier professionals.
