Steven P. Smith Shares Health Care Reform Insights with Hays Businesses

Hinkle Elkouri Law Firm, LLC attorney Steven P. Smith recently undertook a statewide tour to share information on health care reform regulations with employers. During one stop on his tour, the Hays Daily News featured Steven in an article covering the seminar. Steven shared insight into important health care reform topics with the attendees, including filing requirements, penalties, new rules on flex accounts and the new mandated insurance that must be provided to all employees. One of the employers in attendance discussed how these new mandates affect not only her compliance with the law, but also her relationship with her employees.
