Mrs. Dalke is an of counsel attorney practicing primarily in the areas of appellate practice, business and corporate law, intellectual property, and privacy and cybersecurity. Krystle enjoys assisting clients in trademark registration and providing guidance to clients on how to comply with privacy laws and market their brands on the internet and through social media. She helps her clients successfully navigate through business transactions to protect their brand. 

Since graduating in 2008 from Washburn University School of Law, Krystle has worked as a clerk for the United States District Court for both the Honorable Judge Monti Belot and the Honorable J. Thomas Marten. In addition to her work in the district courts, Krystle also worked in private practice focusing primarily on appellate matters and criminal defense.
 
In her free time, Krystle enjoys running and spending time outdoors. She is the number one cheerleader for her son’s activities. Krystle is also a regular contributor to the Wichita Bar Association Bar-O-Meter publication.
