Mr. Walsh focuses his practice primarily on representing clients in Commercial & Complex Litigation, Transportation & Motor Carrier Litigation, Medical Malpractice, and Construction Litigation.
He represents both self-insured and third-party insured manufacturers, retailers, distributors, motor carriers, designers, and service providers. Sean is a member of the transportation practice group’s Critical Occurrence Response Team, responding to catastrophic events involving the firm’s motor carrier/transportation industry clients. He also advises clients on construction related issues arising from project negotiation through litigation.
Sean was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, and graduated cum laude from Wichita State University with a Bachelors degree in Accounting. He completed his J.D. at the University of Kansas School of Law in the spring of 2011. He has also successfully argued before the Kansas Court of Appeals and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2014.
