- Severance plans and agreements, including change in control severance plans;
- Voluntary Early Retirement Plans;
- Restrictive Covenant Agreements (including agreements that address confidential information, non-competition, non-solicitation of customers and employees, and protection of business ideas and trade secrets);
- Nonqualified deferred compensation plans and agreements, including excess benefit plans and phantom stock plans;
- Annual and long-term incentive plans; and
- Stock option and restricted stock plans.
