Jordan Ford is a business & corporate, employment and immigration law attorney with experience in a wide variety of industries. Jordan strives to help solve the day-to-day issues that arise with businesses and employers both locally and nationwide.
With over 15 years of experience, Jordan’s practice is client-focused, providing solutions to uphold her clients’ values and achieve their goals. She often provides employers with precautionary consultation, helping them implement personnel policies, comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, and, when necessary, respond to employment discrimination claims and other state and federal law claims.
In addition to supporting employers, she also helps those going through the immigration process. She frequently prepares and files immigration petitions, applications, and applicable supporting documents with USCIS and other governmental agencies, including Labor Certifications with the Department of Labor, for sponsoring employer petitioners and sponsored immigrants.
Jordan, a Wichita native, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at New York University before attending the School of Law at Washburn University. She graduated with her J.D. in 2009. Jordan was named one of Wichita’s ‘40 under 40’ by the Wichita Business Journal in 2018. When Jordan is not working, she enjoys watching her son’s sporting events and trying to become a better golfer.
