Garrett R. Roe

Mr. Garrett Roe is an Of Counsel attorney who joined Hinkle Law Firm in 2021. At Hinkle, Garrett primarily represents clients in the matters of civil rights defense of governmental entities and government investigations, as well as insurance defense.
 
Since graduating in 2007 with a J.D. from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law, Garrett has served as the Assistant Deputy Secretary of State for Legal Services for the Kansas Secretary of State. Before that, Garrett served as a staff attorney for the Immigration Reform Law Institute in Washington D.C. eventually becoming its Executive Director.
 
Away from the office, Garrett enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.
