Emma Hochman joined Hinkle Law Firm LLC in August 2023. As an associate attorney, Emma primarily supports the firm’s civil litigation practice.
With an interest in politics and government, Emma pursued a political science degree with a dance minor from Kansas State University. Recognizing her interest in the legal system, Emma went on to earn her J.D. from Washburn University School of Law.
Emma complimented her legal studies through her involvement in the Washburn Law Clinic, working in the general civil litigation department. She was also a Moot Court member and a mentor through the Professional Mentorship Program.
Prior to joining Hinkle, Emma participated in the Dane Hansen Rural Externship Program, where she worked with a general practice firm in rural Kansas. She also spent a summer at a Wichita area firm, primarily assisting in personal injury litigation.
A Norman, Oklahoma native, Emma enjoys hot yoga, listening to current events podcasts, running, and exploring her new home in Wichita.
