Mr. Rapp is a leader in the litigation practice group at Hinkle Law Firm LLC. He has practiced law in Wichita for more than four decades with experience handling criminal and civil cases before federal, state, and appellate courts, as well as administrative agencies.
David earned his Juris Doctorate from the Washburn University School of Law, after which he began his legal career as an Assistant Kansas Attorney General.
With a history in jury and non-jury trials, and administrative hearings, he brings his extensive experience to clients as a member of Hinkle Law Firm.
