Casey L. Jones

Casey Jones practices in the areas of energy and oil and gas law, aviation, and corporate law. Licensed in Kansas and Texas, he assists energy clients with nearly all aspects of their business, including drafting various contractual agreements related to the lease, purchase, sale, and development of assets, easements and other land use agreements, researching and advising on various aspects of the law, performing title work, and assisting with regulatory matters. Casey handles purchase and sale transactions for private aircrafts, as well as advising clients on rules and regulations related to the ownership and operation of private aircraft. He also assists clients with forming entities and on transactions related to commercial real estate.

Active in the Oil, Gas, and Mineral Law Section of the Kansas Bar Association, Casey has held the positions of Member at Large, Secretary Treasurer, President-Elect, and President for the Section’s Executive Committee, along with contributing articles to the Section’s Newsletter. Casey has also participated as a speaker at events sponsored by the Oil, Gas, and Mineral Law Section of the Kansas Bar Association and the Oil and Gas Law Center at Washburn University School of Law.
