Sarah Buchanan is an associate attorney in Hinkle Law Firm LLC’s business and corporate law practice and is based in the firm’s Wichita office.
Sarah regularly counsels small to mid-sized companies and has supported clients in industries including agriculture, manufacturing, franchising, construction, technology, and personal services. She has experience representing clients on both the buy-side and sell-side of mergers and acquisitions and provides practical guidance tailored to each client’s business goals.
Sarah earned her J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Kansas Law Review and worked as a research assistant, building experience in legal research across areas including securities law, ERISA, and banking issues. During law school, she gained experience across multiple practice areas through summer associate work, including real estate, renewable energy, litigation, and business matters.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys taking on DIY projects and attending concerts.
