Timothy O’Sullivan joined Hinkle Law Firm’s Estate Planning and Probate practice as a Senior Counsel Attorney. With nearly fifty years of experience, Mr. O’Sullivan focuses on advising clients about policies that protect family connections both before and after the estate planning process.

As part of his practice, Mr O’Sullivan assists clients in preparing estate planning matters such as wills, power of attorneys, and trusts. However, Mr. O’Sullivan’s experience expands past common estate planning needs. He also offers assistance in crafting strategic gifting and estate tax plans, asset protection, family business succession plans, and more.

Due to his diverse experience, not only does Mr. O’Sullivan represent individuals, but he also counsels executors and administrators before the probate court and advises fiduciaries in the preparation of estate, inheritance, gift, generation-skipping, and income tax returns filed with federal and state governments.

As part of his responsibilities, Mr. O’Sullivan frequently presents at events to professional organizations, educating their professionals on estate planning matters. Many of these seminars have been sponsored by major organizations such as the American Bar
Association, the Kansas Bar Association, the Wichita Bar Association, and many others.

Throughout his career, Mr. O’Sullivan has been recognized by organizations, such as Best Lawyers and The Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers, for his experience and dedication in the area of Trusts and Estates as well as Elder Law.
