Kayla L. Stavinoha brings compassion, clarity, and legal precision to some of the most deeply personal areas of family law. As an associate attorney with Hinkle Law Firm, she focuses her practice on negotiating and drafting surrogacy agreements, thoughtfully guiding intended parents, surrogates, and all parties through the legal process with care and respect. Her commitment to fostering confident, respectful collaboration ensures that each contract not only protects legal interests but also honors the emotional investment of everyone involved.

In addition to her surrogacy work, Kayla represents clients in foster care litigation, advocating for children and families navigating some of life’s most challenging circumstances. She understands the sensitive and often emotional nature of these cases, and she is committed to providing steady guidance and compassionate counsel while fiercely protecting the best interests of children.

Kayla loves all things football. She is originally from College Station, Texas and attended Texas A&M University before earning her law degree from Washburn University School of Law. While at Washburn, she served on the Washburn Law Journal and was the Online Production Editor. She also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award: Contracts, Taxation of Business Enterprises, and International Business Transactions.

Kayla clerked with Hinkle Law Firm during the summer of 2019. She is a member of the Wichita Bar Association & Wichita Women Attorney Association and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.
