As a member of Hinkle Law Firm LLC’s Business Litigation Group, Mr. Barth handles a variety of commercial litigation matters.  Mr. Barth also advises clients on a multitude of employment issues and litigates employment disputes before administrative agencies and in state and federal court, including employment discrimination claims, unemployment claims, wage and hour investigations and collective actions and non-compete agreement issues.

Additionally, Mr. Barth’s practice includes representing both condemning authorities and landowners in the areas of eminent domain and condemnation.  He has experience with various real property disputes such as residential and commercial eviction, quiet title, boundary disputes and adverse possession cases.

Mr. Barth has been named multiple times as a Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers-Rising Star in the area of Civil Litigation Defense.  Mr. Barth has presented on both eminent domain and employment issues and is a contributor to Hinkle Law Firm’s employment law blog.
