Mr. Grillot represents clients in all aspects of the bankruptcy process, including complex business transactions, tax issues, secured transactions, and all other aspects of the debtor-creditor relationship impacted by the bankruptcy process. Nic represents debtors, Debtor-in-Possession, and creditors in the bankruptcy process in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases, with a particular focus and extensive knowledge in complex Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases.

Nic also represents clients in complex civil litigation involving foreclosures, commercial transactions, collections, the Kansas Consumer Protection Act, the Kansas Credit Services Organization Act, and issues related to construction defects. Nic has also represented clients in financial workouts with creditors and other aspects of the debtor-creditor relationship.
