Megan Monsour knew in law school that she wanted to help build families through adoption. After over a decade of representing families in adoption, collaborative reproduction and foster care, she has finalized hundreds of adoptions and secured parental rights for families all over the nation and abroad.

Megan Monsour’s experience and compassion make her uniquely qualified to represent adoptive parents, biological parents, surrogates and donors with the respect and understanding they deserve. She has significant experience in both independent and private adoptions, including offering services that match prospective adoptive parents with expectant mothers.

She also represents families in guardianships, contested adoption matters and other child permanency litigation.

Before joining the partnership at Hinkle Law Firm in 2019, she was a partner at Martin Pringle for six years. Megan’s work on behalf of families has earned her fellowship status in the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys, a designation that is by invitation only and based on criteria for excellence in the practice of adoption and collaborative reproduction law. She has been recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star.
