Mr. Holcomb is an experienced attorney in Hinkle Law Firm LLC’s litigation practice group. Throughout his career, he has handled a variety of complex tort claims, including product liability defense and toxic torts. Matthew is sought after for his knowledge in helping his clients through dispute matters. He focuses his practice on assisting with contract negotiations and enforcement, construction contracts and disputes, business and shareholder disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, real estate disputes, and breach of contract matters. His range of experience also includes employment law, general commercial and civil litigation, motor carrier law, and consumer protection laws.
