Mr. Wilson joined the firm in the summer of 2018, and focuses primarily on oil and gas law, appellate practice, and complex litigation, including business disputes; employment claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Title VII; and civil rights litigation under 42 U.S.C. 1983. He has a demonstrated history of success in complex litigation and arbitration; appeals; and transactional drafting. Jeff’s background in journalism and strategic communication makes him a skilled researcher and writer. He regularly assists clients in litigation, leasing, disputes between operators and mineral owners, title examination, regulatory compliance, and the appeal of unfavorable decisions in court.
Jeff has deep ties to Kansas as a third-generation graduate of the University of Kansas, and an alumnus of Washburn University School of Law. He is involved in numerous oil and gas organizations and bar associations. He also serves as a Vice President of Shepard’s Walk Foundation, Inc., a charitable foundation dedicated to the support of a variety of organizations around the world.
