Hinkle Law Firm COVID-19 Response – Updated April 1, 2020
In these quickly changing times, we would like to update you on how Hinkle Law Firm LLC is navigating this unprecedented landscape and provide you resources for questions you might have. We are closely monitoring and reviewing daily public health updates surrounding the COVID-19 coronavirus. We recognize the upheaval this situation has caused, and there is nothing more important than the health and safety of our clients, employees, families, and the community. The firm is committed to observing best practices to protect the health of our employees and to ensure uninterrupted service to our clients.
As an essential business our offices remain open, with limited staff on site, which rotate to reduce potential exposure. We have limited all outside visitors to our office to the extent possible and we are maintaining ‘social distancing’ and avoiding hand-shaking; we are regularly washing hands and wiping down surfaces; and we are following guidance of public health authorities.
Our service promise – We understand that for many of our clients these are confusing and challenging times. We are committed to meeting our clients’ needs with the same level of service and care you expect from us, even if it is at a distance.
We would like to assure you that our firm is taking necessary steps to flatten the curve while continuing to provide uninterrupted service to our clients. We know these are uncertain times, and we hope to continue to be a source of steadiness for you as we all work through events that are evolving rapidly. Please contact your attorney if you have questions about the work we are doing and safety measures we are taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
