Many times when working with our clients we are asked, ‘What is Hinkle’s take on…‘. To help answer some of these questions, we have developed a four-part webinar series to address many new and changing issues and provide our ‘quick take’. The third in our series is on employment issues surrounding work from home.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many employers have permitted employees to work remotely out of necessity, and many of those employees have gotten used to working away from the office. Employment law attorney Jim Spencer will discuss a wide range of issues regarding remote work  that employers need to consider, including whether they have to continue allowing employees to work remotely once the pandemic ends. In this one hour webinar session:

  • Attendees will gain insight into when employers are required to allow employees to work remotely.
  • Attendees will learn about legal issues to consider with remote work.
  • Attendees will learn how to protect their employers when remote work is permitted
