ERISA Fiduciary Annual Training
- ERISA Fiduciary Training
March 5, 2020
8:30 am - 11:00 am
Both the Department of Labor and plaintiffs’ attorneys continue to focus on holding qualified plan fiduciaries responsible for their actions or inactions. With personal liability at stake, it is essential that fiduciaries be well trained and able to represent that fact to the DOL and to employee benefit plan auditors.
Hinkle Law Firm LLC has developed this unique training session specifically for plan fiduciaries. It will be conducted by Eric Namee, who has more than 34 years of experience in assisting clients with qualified plan compliance and handling DOL audits. This 2-hour session is designed to provide current, practical, and detailed guidance to those who serve in a plan fiduciary capacity.
Over the past several years, Eric has conducted fiduciary training sessions for sold out crowds. [He has also conducted private training sessions for plan investment committees and would be happy to do so for clients who prefer that.] This year’s annual training session was designed to provide the training in a cost-effective group format at a cost substantially lower than that of a private session.
