Annual ERISA Fiduciary Training
-
2025 ERISA Fiduciary Training
February 25, 2025
9:00 am - 10:30 am
Both the Department of Labor and plaintiffs’ attorneys continue to focus on holding qualified plan fiduciaries responsible for their actions or inactions. With personal liability at stake, it is essential that fiduciaries be well trained and able to represent that fact to the DOL and to employee benefit plan auditors.
Hinkle Law Firm LLC has developed this unique training session specifically for plan fiduciaries. It will be conducted by Eric Namee, who has more than 38 years of experience in assisting clients with qualified plan compliance and handling DOL audits. This hour and a half session is designed to provide current, practical, and detailed guidance to those who serve in a plan fiduciary capacity.

Topics to be Covered Include:
- Fundamentals of Fiduciary Responsibility
- Documentation Essentials
- How to Select and Monitor Plan Service Providers
- Tips on How to Mitigate Potential Fiduciary Liability
- How to Properly Evaluate and Disclose Plan Expenses
