WICHITA, Kan. – Hinkle Elkouri Law Firm L.L.C. has hired Casey Jones, Danielle Berland and Sean Walsh as summer clerks. Clerks provide research and other support to attorneys.
Jones has been selected for a clerkship with Hinkle Elkouri. He currently attends the Washburn University School of Law and anticipates graduation in May 2011. Casey is president of the Washburn Student Chapter of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation, and has previously clerked for the Kansas City Federal District Court. He is an avid outdoorsman and diehard University of Kansas Jayhawk sports fan who graduated from KU in Fall 2007.
Berland also joins Hinkle Elkouri as a clerk. She is currently a student at the University of Kansas School of Law where she is pursuing her Juris Doctorate and will graduate in May 2011. She serves as Chief Justice of Traffic Court at the University of Kansas School of Law and is also a Lawyering teaching assistant. Danielle is also affiliated with the school’s Women in Law organization. The 2007 graduate of KU holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Walsh is another 2010 Hinkle Elkouri summer clerk. A Wichita native, he is currently attending the University of Kansas, with an expected Juris Doctorate in 2011. He received his undergraduate education from Wichita State University, graduating in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Sean has a specific interest in working in litigation and corporate transactional cases. |
