Founded in 1987, Hinkle Elkouri has developed a regional/national presence serving a diverse client base with advice and legal counsel.

We represent private and publicly held business entities, as well as individuals for whom we handle estate planning, tax issues and other legal matters.

While every legal practice is bound by the same laws and precedents, the attorneys at Hinkle Elkouri pride themselves on an attitude of involvement in the concerns of our clients, and a willingness to explore every legal option to arrive at a satisfactory outcome.

Hinkle Elkouri has more than 40 attorneys and a support staff of more than 70 persons, including a number of full-time paralegal and accountants. The firm's managing member is Mitchell L. Herren and the firm's COO is Greg Grass.

The downtown Wichita office of Hinkle Elkouri occupies the 20th, 21st, and 22nd floors of the Epic Center office building located at 301 N. Main Street. The firm's east Wichita office is located at 8621 East 21st Street North, adjacent to Bradley Fair.
