Mr. Ward’s legal practice focuses primarily on business, financing and real estate transactions. As such, Mr. Ward has extensive experience involving asset and stock purchases and sales, corporate mergers, reorganizations and consolidations. The industries in which Dale has helped perform business transactions include bottling plants, manufacturing (including aerospace, foundry, tooling and oil field supplies), banks, health clubs, car dealerships, retail businesses and professional office practices. In addition to representation during business transactions, Dale also offers legal advice regarding the formation of companies, franchise rights, employee matters, taxation and financing.

With a real estate practice that includes zoning, leasing, purchases and sales, Mr. Ward has assisted a wide variety of clients including developers and owners of hotels, shopping centers, self storage facilities, distribution warehouses, health clubs, restaurants, office buildings, retail centers, casinos and manufacturing facilities.

In collaboration with his business and real estate practices, Mr. Ward also offers advice on financing transactions, which have included construction loans, securitized loans, leasing, industrial revenue bonds, mezzanine financing and private offerings.

Dale joined Hinkle Law Firm LLC in 1990. He became a partner in the firm in 1996 and served as a Co-Managing Director for the firm from 2001 to 2007.
