Mr. MacBeth practices primarily in the area of Taxation, Tax Controversies, and Mergers and Acquisitions. He has been a guest instructor for the Tax Procedure course offered by the University of Kansas School of Law and is a frequent speaker on various federal income tax matters. Scott is a member of the Executive Committee of the Kansas Bar Association Tax Section. He is also the co-author of the Tax Law chapter of the annual Survey of Kansas Law.
