Mr. Lang was chosen by his peers as a Kansas Super Lawyer in 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2009 recognizing him as being in the top five percent of attorneys in his practice area. He is the practice group leader for the firm’s Product Liability and Complex Tort Litigation practice areas at Hinkle Elkouri, and concentrates his practice on product liability defense, commercial litigation, and complex tort litigation. Ken has appeared in state and federal courts in more than 36 states and tried cases to verdict in 16 of those states on a first-chair basis. He provides counseling on risk management along with claims and litigation. Ken is also experienced in aviation, both as a representative of aviation interests in aviation product liability cases as well as a former flight instructor, and commercial and multiengine pilot.
