Mr. Hinkle is a founding member of Hinkle Elkouri. A lifelong Kansas resident, he earned his undergraduate degree with honors from Emporia State University. He followed with his law degree magna cum laude from the Washburn University School of Law, where he also served as editor-in-chief of the Washburn Law Journal.

As senior counsel with Hinkle Elkouri, he holds bar admissions in the State and Federal Courts of Kansas, and with the United States Court of Appeals, 10th Circuit.
