Mr. Herren is a leader in the firm’s litigation practice group. He has extensive experience litigating, mediating, and arbitrating lawsuits throughout the country, including those involving commercial disputes, class actions, complex litigation, product liability, energy and environmental issues, wrongful death, construction, personal injury, employment, trade secrets, and professional negligence.

Mitch is also experienced in conducting and supervising sensitive, corporate internal investigations and negotiating company self-reporting to government agencies.
