Ms. Fent is a business attorney practicing primarily in the areas of business and corporate law, healthcare, franchising, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate. Since graduating in 1998 with a J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Kansas, Laura has represented entrepreneurs from the inception through the merger or sale of their businesses. Among other things, this representation has included providing assistance to businesses in general business, capital raising, franchise, real estate, and intellectual property licensing transactions. Laura assists physicians in structuring their business relationships to comply with federal and state anti-kickback, self-referral, and patient privacy laws.
