Ms. Decker’s primary areas of practice include Product Liability and Commercial, Aviation, and Civil Litigation. She has defended numerous personal injury and wrongful death cases and has appeared in state and federal courts across the United States. Her product liability practice includes direct client representation of manufacturers and distributors of consumer products and industrial machinery on a national level. While a student at the University of Kansas School of Law, Amy was an articles editor for the Kansas Law Review. After graduation, she completed a two-year clerkship with the Honorable J. Thomas Marten in the United States District Court, District of Kansas.
