As leader of Hinkle's insurance, transportation, and construction litigation practice groups, Mr. Davidson handles the defense of a full range of property and casualty, motor carrier/transportation, construction, products, employment, health care, and professional liability matters.

He also has an active litigation and trial practice, representing motor carriers and other transportation, warehousing, and logistics industry clients, product manufacturers/distributors, construction professionals and entities, employers, clergy and religious institutions, and health care/managed care professionals and entities. In addition to his significant experience in the mediation and arbitration of cases, he has tried numerous civil jury trials, including high-exposure personal injury and wrongful death cases.

And as coordinator of the firm’s Critical Occurrence Response Team, Philip is first on the scene providing early investigation, planning, and legal management services to clients responding to catastrophic events such as transportation/motor carrier incidents, fires, explosions, product liability claims, building failures, workplace investigations, and governmental inquiries/enforcement actions.

With bar admissions in the state courts of both Kansas and Missouri, Philip assists clients throughout the country and has been elected to both Kansas/Missouri Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America.
