As a member of Hinkle’s product liability and complex tort litigation practice group, Mr. Bird focuses on product liability defense and commercial litigation, but his litigation experience includes ERISA matters, employment matters, and environmental compliance issues. Mr. Bird also has significant background in enviromental law and policy making him ideal counsel for a wide range of environmental needs.

A graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law, Geron is also actively involved in the local community, serving on the board of directors for Wichita Young Life and on the Wichita Chamber of Commerce Environmental Committee.
